In the first phase of production, raw material and supplementary materials are mixed homogenously in accordance with the formula. Panetti dough is prepared just like bread dough. Then, this dough is taken into moulds and baked under 250 Kg/cm2 pressure, at 170 ºC for about 22 minutes and explosion happens when the moulds are opened. Thus, Panetti’s unique “amorph formed” cell structure is formed.
Panetti’s cell structure is cross-linked, amorphous and closed. Cross-linked cells absorb in the air we breathe with the explosion at production stage and form Panetti.
Panetti isolation material has superior isolation feature thanks to its cross-linked closed air cells. Contrary to other isolation materials, it contains no chemical gas and it is not hazardous to the human health.
Inner structure of Panetti isolation material monitored by İzmir High Technology Institute (İYTE) has a homogenous order.
According to results of monitoring by İYTE MAM through Electron Microscope (SEM), there are about 40 million Cross-linked Closed Air Cells in 1 m2 of our PN2.5 coded product with 2.5 mm thickness. İzmir High Technology Institute Material Research Center has also detected about 128 million Cross-linked Closed Air Cells in 8 mm thick PN8 and 80 million in 5 mm thick PN5.

PN2.5 (2.5 mm thickness) 1 m2 = 40.000.000 Cross-linked Closed Air Cells
PN5 (5 mm thickness) 1 m2 = 80.000.000 Cross-linked Closed Air Cells
PN8(8 mm thickness) 1 m2 = 128.000.000 Cross-linked Closed Air Cells
Again as a result of measurements by İYTE MAM, it has been detected that the size of the air cells is 1/10 of the tip of a needle.
New generation isolation material Panetti is manufactured as a 40 milimetre thick block. Then it is splitted and reduced to 2.5 mm, 5 mm and 8 mm. so every Panetti product is a part of the main product. Therefore, when the surface of Panetti products is examined under a normal microscope, it is seen that the surface is not smooth on the contrary it has a porous surface resembling the pumice stone.
This rough surface resembling the pumice stone is actually the form of the cross-linked closed cells divided into two from the middle. Though it looks impossible at first glance to stick Panetti products somewhere or apply a material over them, it holds adhesives and plastering materials easily due to its rough surface.
