Special polyethylene mixture prepared as dough is baked in special patterns at 170 ºC under 2 tonnes of pressure. After the necessary baking time, the material is cooled by expoding with a special technique. During this explosive cooling process, polyethelene dough produces millions of cross-linked closed cells. While closed cells are being formed, it naturally encloses air, which is the best isolation material. Thus, new generation isolation material Panetti is prepared. |
|
|
Millions of cross-linked closed cells effectively cut cold, heat and sound. Air sac with closed pores effectively cuts cold, heat and sound. Capillar water absorbtion is 0 thanks to its homogenous and closed pore structure. Thus, it is never affected by water and moisture.
While mass per volume of isolation materials is 20-30 kg/m3, mass per volume of Panetti is 100 kg/m3 thanks to its special Formula and production technique. While other isolation materials soon begin to lose their mass, Panetti preserves its mass volume for decades thanks to this feature. It is also durable against impacts. |

Other materials are produced with exhaust process by injecting HFCL gas, and some others are produced by swelling with 100 ºC water steam with the help of Pentane gas and air being replaced with this gas. It is known that these gases used in production process have adverse effects on human health. Moreover, these gases get free from the cells they are enclosed by time and so lose isolation property and deform the areas where they are applied. Panetti is much superior to other materials with this feature. Because it naturally encloses the air we breath during production process and maintains the enclosed air for decades with its durable structure. It has no hazard against human health as it includes no gas in its production process and content. Our production is audited every year with RoHS test. This test examines whether the materials used in production are hazardous to human health. It is also antibacterial and prevents fungal, mold and other microorganisms in order to increase your comfort. |

Heat conductivity coefficient (lamda value) of Isolation Materials must be below 0.065 W/mk according to ISO and CEN standarts. A material over this value has no heat isolating feature. Lamda values of heat insulation materials are between 40-50 W/mk. However, heat conductivity coefficient of Panetti is ≤ 0,047 W/mk for thickness between 2 mm and 15 mm. This is the highest value and cannot be exceeded. |

|
Heat isolation materials in the buildings begin to deform after a while due to the heat they are exposed to. Heat resistance of materials is directly proportional to the heat they are exposed to where they are applied. Therefore, customers are warned by heat resistance scales in the labels of other products. Panetti’s resistance against high temperature is remarkably high as it is a material produced at 170 ºC. |

Panetti application is extremely simple. No additional proficiency is required in order to apply the product. It can be applied in a very short time by skillful persons according to the type of application (skillful workers of parquet, drywall, roof, plaster). Except for some occasions such as coating, Panetti that will be used on the floor is laid on the ground and necessary coating material is applied over (parquet, carpet, rooftile, shingle, ceramic etc.)
Panetti is cut in wall size for Inner Coating. Then adhesive is applied to the application wall and Panetti is easily adhered. Drying period is waited according to the adhesive type and a thin plaster is applied over Panetti. 160 gr plaster net is laid over this thin plaster. Joints of the net must come on ends. After placing angle passes, 3 mm plaster is applied over the net and process is completed. If necessary, satin coating or plaster may be applied over the final plaster. Inner coating is easily completed in a short time without rawlplug. |
